Job description

Social Care Professionals are a Recruitment Consultancy and our client is looking for a Social Worker to manage a caseload of service users requiring assessment of their needs, to carry out assessments and investigations and to co-ordinate care packages as necessary. Working in a learning disabilities team, you will be quick to integrate yourself in this busy team and be able to effectively work with service users to empower them to make choices for themselves. Ideal candidates will have proven success in a similar role and a Diploma in Social Work, CQSW, CSS or equivalent.
Appointment to this position will be subject to an enhanced CRB clearance.
