Job description
Social Care Professionals are a Recruitment Consultancy and our client is looking for a Social Worker to work in a Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team. The crisis team is developing to meet the needs of service users using innovative practice. Working to provide positive home treatment and effective in-patient services. Appointment to this position will be subject to an enhanced CRB clearance.
