Job description

Social Care Professionals are seeking professional and dedicated Senior Support Workers in the Colchester area to support adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues in the provision of care, providing daily support as well as being involved in general activities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation with an award winning reputation.

You will be responsible for leading members of the support worker team along with supporting service users with their daily living, mobility, personal care, and assisting with domestic duties, observations and report writing.

Experience is essential to the role and you should have:
- Knowledge of Mental Health Hospitals
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act
- Understanding Mental Health Diagnosis.
