Job description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to manage a residential home for adults with learning disabilities near South West Birmingham. My client provides specialises in healthcare and rehabilitation services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health and ABI needs. They are a forward thinking, expanding organisation.
As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the service, and will be responsible for leading your staff team to deliver excellent standards of care. You will be conducting initial assessments and be responsible for staff recruitment, induction and training.
Ideal candidates will have a professional qualification and the Leadership and Management award or equivalent. This would be a great opportunity for a Deputy Manager seeking their first Registered Managers post.
The role is offered at salary of £28k and my client also offers excellent training and career development
