Job description

A fantastic opportunity to work as a Clinical Lead for one of the top 100 listed best companies has arisen.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Clincial Lead to manage all aspects of clinical care delivered at this medium sized nursing and residential home for older people in South West Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior nurse to join an established provider of care homes who deliver high level care within residential and nursing care for older people.

Based in Swansea you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the day to day running of the home and leading and motivating the staff team to deliver clinical excellence. Candidates must be RGN qualified and have a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience working with older people ideally in a management capacity. A full understanding of national minimum care standards for care home and excellent people management skills are also essential to drive the service forward.

The role is offered with a basic salary in the region of £28,000 per annum. Appointment to this position will be subject to an enhanced CRB clearance.
