Job description

Clinical Director - Elderly Care and Nursing - London & South East
Social Care Professionals are seeking an experienced manager for a Clinical Director role with our client, a private provider of residential and nursing care for older people.
The postholder will be responsible for taking the lead on clinical care for the organisation and will lead on auditing, policies and procedures, legislation and providing a clinical input to the board.
Forming a key part of the senior management team the postholder will provide direct line management to regional managers and will be instrumental in developing high quality specialist services.
Candidates must be nurse qualified, RN or RMN, and be able to demonstrate senior management experience within the private healthcare sector. They will also possess experience of driving quality improvements, measurement and assurance within a health or social care organisation.
The salary for this role is offered in the region of £55,000-65,000 per annum plus a competitive bonus scheme and car allowance.
