Job description
Registered Manager required for modern purpose built home providing 24hr nursing care for people with severe and enduring mental health problems.
Based in Reading you will have overall responsibility for the operational and clinical management of the unit and the general well being of the clients and staff.
The successful candidate will provide leadership, direction and supervision to staff and ensure that a safe and therapeutic environment is provided to clients. They must also manage the hospital budget and be responsible for working with multi-disciplinary agencies and developing service provision.
Candidates must hold a professional qualification (RMN, DipSW etc) and have good knowledge of mental health rehabilitation services.
