Job description
Registered Manager required for a small community care home in Spalding. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Manager to join a private child care provider delivering high quality therapeutic residential care services.
As the Registered Manager you will be accountable for delivering high quality care to the children and young people resident within the home. You will oversee the delivery of all care services as well as the strategic planning for developments within the home and all day to day management matters. You will be fully supported in post by an Operations Manager and central office function.
Ideal candidates will have 3yrs residential childcare experience and hold a relevant vocational or professional qualification (NVQ, DipSW). You must also have management experience along with a recognised management qualification.
