Job description
Social Care Professionals are recruiting a Service Manager for a small nursing and rehabilitation service in North London for people with acquired brain injury.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will have full responsibility for the effective day to day running of the service ensuring high standards of professional practice. Your role will include the recruitment and development of a highly skilled and dedicated staff team, day to day management of the service in accordance with CQC and group standards and marketing the service ensuring high occupancy levels are maintained.
Candidates must have a recognised professional qualification and a good understanding of the care and support needs of people with an acquired brain injury. Previous management experience is essential.
The role is offered with a basic salary in the region of £42000. Appointment to this post is subject to an enhanced CRB check.
